Withdrawals Backlog
I had a complaint about withdrawal and why does it take so long. We keep getting a reply from Shanaaz that someone will be in contact. I have more withdrawal and they still taking too long to process. Why. I keep getting mails from Hollywood bets apologizing for the delay as they have a back log. You are having with back log since you opened and nobody is fixing this. This person in charge of this should be fired as he\she does not know what they doing. Clearly, I want a senior manage to call me with an explanation. NOT these guys that are sending the same template response

There is a reason why its called instant money, cos its instant...your chat guys say that its processed on receipt, so why is it still on pending. I'm waiting for THAT call,
