Withdrawals are pathetic

I've done a withdrawal via eft on the 26 November 2022 which reflect as "Pending authorization " . I've sent through probably around 15 emails and not one has been responded to by Hollywoodbets. I've called the help line who advised they would escalate it to the Withdrawals department and I'm still waiting. I know I would not get a reply even if I post this on Hello Peter , judging by their non response to previous clients complaints on this page but this is just for the public to be aware of. Our transactions when depositing goes through immediately, why do they make us wait for our Withdrawals? It took Betway an hour to pay me out on a weekend with detailed SMS's from them along the way.
