Withdrawals

I don not know whether to say I am being ****med or what, Monday I made a really small withdrawal of R160 did not get my money made a call, infact made several calls and and an email that was only attended to just because I called. Been getting the same lame excuse you will get your money in 24-48hrs, some say there was an error when you made a withdrawal money will be credited back in your account.What do I need to do exactly to get a R160 I HV been wasting my money calling and my energy explaining the same thing over and over again and your sense of urgency and customer service is just poor, no facts or what so a ever all you want to do is get rid of the person without helping them.
