Withdrawals a huge problem!

The last 2 months I have experienced that Hollywoodbets have huge delays with the withdrawals and deposits. The call centre take days to reply to emails and calls don't go through. I'm waiting for a withdrawal I made of R3000.00 on Thursday 25 Aug and still nothing...usually their service was excellent and on the same day but for some reason you literally have to beg for a reply from them. Please assist as this is the 2nd complaint in a week.
