withdrawals

I tried calling holywood to enquire about the status withdrawal I made this morning around 3am, I was holding for 20min when they decided to answer my call they droped it . I never had to wait for more than 2 hours for any withdrawal but now it is almost 10 hours . people who withdrew after already recieved their payments .

someone please check and advise .
