Withdrawal via EFT not working for Weeks

After weeks of contacting them about their withdrawal EFT system not working they made two payments to me through their so called hotline payments. I contacted them during the week I am waiting over 48hours for proper service and they still have not made any payment to me. It's frustrating that clients like myself have no control over any of our funds and we have to keep contacting them and emailing and they do not give you any proper closure as to why their system is not working. With that said I need my withdrawal from this company.
