Withdrawal Turnaround time
Struggling to get any feedback from the Withdrawals department. I have submitted a withdrawal that keeps getting rejected, with the reason I need to send a selfie of myself holding my ID, this was done 5 days ago without any acknowledgement or expectation setting with regards to turnaround time.
