Withdrawal still not paid since 1st January 2023

Its getting a one star rating because I can't give a zero. I've called, emailed send via their social media but still have not received a withdrawal I made on the 1st of January. Is Hollywoodbets struggling as a business or what? Why would y'all withold people's withdrawals. I'm definitely closing this account. But first before I send an email to the gambling board please rather stay away. They are not as efficient as before.
