Withdrawal ****

Someone made a withdrawal from my account without my knowledge and when I phoned in I was told the money was paid via eft to a Capitec account which I dont have because my banking details on the app is Bidvest and I even sent a bank statement as part of the registration process. I demand answers as how my money was paid to an unknown account. Account number that my money was paid to is ***6. I want my money back and this issue sorted as soon as possible!😡
