Withdrawal Request that keeps declining for a week now

I have almost 5days trying to request for Withdrawal and all I get is decline and when I send the required documents nothing is changing.... the customer call centre consultants don't care about resloving a problem all they do is tell you that the request is pending.... I spend time and money to call them but nothing is being resolved
