Withdrawal request still pending after 96 hours

I made a withdrawal on the 26th of May in the morning and it was said that the withdrawal would take only 24-48 hours to be approved. Fast forward 4 days later and my withdrawal request is still pending. I've tried to chat with their consultant on the website but they are of no help. I waited to their response for a full 2 hours, I tried calling their customer service today and they made me wait 10 whole minutes on the line and still no one answered. Please let it be known that this is my second complaint about this company.
