Withdrawal refund

I am very disappointed with Hollywoodbets on Saturday i made a withdrawal using Nedbank imala Sunday when i tried to withdraw only to find out that Hollywoodbets decided to send me expired voucher Sunday i called them and they said they will cancel the withdrawal and refund my account it's been two days but still they didn't refund my account when i call they keep on giving me excuse saying i should wait another 24 hour this is disappointing given the circumstance that is their fault by sending me expired voucher?.
