Withdrawal Refund

I played Hollywoodbets games a lot of times. On the 15 June 2022 I withdrawal an amount of R750 from Hollywoodbets. The withdrawal was an E-wallet. When I went to withdrawal the amount there was nothing to withdrawal. Firstly they never send me a message to show I can go and withdraw. Since I put in an complain to Hollywoodbets they assists to help me. I'm the account holder ***. I called them numerous times and ask for their help but till know they cannot help me. I send them even a lot of emails with no assistance. I even asked them proof of payment they couldn't do that. Please I would like to be helped by a refund of my money
