Withdrawal queiry

I made a withdrawal on Sunday and was informed to wait 24-48 hours for the funds to be in my acc, now when I try to find out why the funds are still not allocated your agents seem not to care or they exit chats without acknowledging customer quiery,when people load voucher or deposit money to hollywood bets its taken so fast but when making a withdrawal we are told 5 days or 24-48 hours which is confusing..can Hollywood bets give a clear time frame as when funds will reflect
