Withdrawal process is a nightmare

I did a withdrawal before the Easter holiday's and the money was not paid only to see they have credited my account on Tuesday, then I did another withdrawal on Tuesday. The money is still not reflectinh into my bank account and it's Friday evening. I had no response after I have contacted them 3 times.

24 - 48hours for withdrawals does not happen and I have no idea what the problem is.

All my details was checked and is correct.

Will I refer a friend?... NEVER....
