Withdrawal- Pending bank approval

I am so angry with your customer service. I withdrew money on the 20th and I've been told I will credited in the next 24 to 78 hours. It's been 12 days and there is no communication and no credit in my account. You guys are the worst Your company needs to be closed down. We never have such experience with betway Very useless 🤬🤬🤬😡😡
