Withdrawal Payments

Hi, i am very upset with the service from Hollywoodbets, i have R1200 which can not be paid to me until i provide a stamped bank statement. I don't understand why a bank statement is required for such a small amount??? I did email my bank account statement and this is not good enough! when my account is being credited its done through my FNB Account.<br> I will be closing this account.
