Withdrawal paid into an unknown bank account number

Requested withdrawals that took loger than the usual. When the money was finally paid i realised i wasnt receiving anything in my account. I went to my Hollywood to check the account number only to find it does not belong to me. Someone had changed my banking without any consent and no communication was sent to me to authorize the change. I logged a query with Hollywoodbets regarding this matter which took place in January and so far this matter has still not been resolved, I have forwarded all the necessary paperwork as requested by themas proof. No one says anything, everytime I call i have to explain my story from scratch and told the matter will be investigated.Hollywoodets is failing us. Why am I the one suffering, Theismann investigations ends nowhere. I would like to be paid back my winnings as they have proof the money was not paid to me.

They must pay back those withdrawals to my rightful account that I registered with and given proof for. This has affected me so bad financially because I had lost most of my salary then , and that was the only money I was left with so I had to go borrow money from loansharks to survive in those days. I'm very disappointed in Hollywood.
