Withdrawal not within time frame
Made a withdrawal request before 7:00 in die morning on Friday 1 December 23. Called the call centre on Sunday, answer was the payment would be made on Sunday. This morning nothing in account and status on Hollywood still says pending. Live chat consultant also said 24 48 hrs its already past this. Emailed them also says 24 to 48 hours. Its passed the given time frame.
