Withdrawal not reflecting in my account

I made a withdrawal on the 30th Dec 18h24 and till this day it has not reflected. And did another other a 22h30 (this one reflected).

I call every single day and send emails but no success. Why must things have to get here in order to get assistance.

I cannot anymore I want my winnings now. This cannot be bank clearance now. More than 5 days.
