Withdrawal not received from HOLLYWOODBETS

HOLLYWOOD BETS WITHDRAWAL not sent to me!! My account on Hollywoodbets is ***. After spending a lot with deposits and taking out a R450 Withdrawal on the 16th of July at 5:03 am I didn’t receive the eft into my Capitec account it’s been more than 24 hours I emailed the support at Hollywood and got little assistance they continuously asked me for my details and insisted on my bank statements which I sent throughout the day and next day as well. I also contacted my bank Capitec and there are no funds pending neither were any sent to me for R450. Yesterday I requested the proof of transfer payment from Hollywood bets which took very long to come through and only this morning did I receive the proof of payment from Absa to my Capitec but still NO MONEY HAS BEEN EFT TO ME! I contacted the same Hollywood support via email and resent my bank statement and the response was I have to wait till 10’days. I will not be waiting I believe this is *******. I was able to withdraw several other efts on the same day and had no issues so this is a very small issue for Hollywood to resolve asap
