Withdrawal not received

I made a cash sent via absa Bank, last Sunday. I only got the 10 digits code not the pin. I made a query was told to wait 24hrs, I got nothing after 24 hrs. I made another query ystday again I was told to wait 24hrs, 24hrs passed. I just made a query now. Again m being told to wait another 24hrs. Sort ds out. I want my money now!
