Withdrawal not received

I have a problem with hollywood bets withdraw via absa cash send.. since 13 to 15 aug i did for withdrwals R100 each. Since then i have received only two.... Tried to send a number of emails, since i had one response requesting my acc number, id and cell ,,,,, still i havent received my money.... Khumalo B is the who last respond to my email
