Withdrawal Not processed and Useless Customer Support As Normal

I did not receive my withdrawal sms for withdrawal ***. Please resend.

After my first 10min wait for support , I know where this is going ...so a complaint it will be...again...

After years of the same, inefficient client support, surely a change in leadership in that area is needed!

And this should go without saying...just resend the sms and don't waste time contacting me to apologise etc because that just adds to an already poor service!
