Withdrawal Not Processed and Pathetic, Non Existent Client Support as Usual
Once again, non existent, pathetic client support and process.
Every time, EVERYTIME!, you on hold for plus 800sec which is never adhered to in any case.
Today, twice, I waited for chat for the 800+ sec, which took 30min in reality for a response, only for both agents to disconnect after not getting a response for me within 1min.
So I wait 30min, when it supposed to be 10min, then when a agent is eventually available, they wait 30sec....like seriously!
My instant money withdrawal sms did not come through from last Friday, and I need it to be resent immediately as I'm tired of these issues and non existent service.

I think I missed some calls from hollywoodbets earlier, I don't need to be contacted and would prefer if the notification is just sent to avoid further time wasting, alternatively the relevant team can send me an email as I may not be available telephonically.
I hope this issue does not go on for another few days with a lame excuse of "we were trying to contact u"
