Withdrawal not processed

I’ve made two withdrawals on the 21 July 2020, I haven’t received anything until now, tried to reach out to them via their chat platform but no response, finally someone said I should email their withdrawal team, I did that and they asked for my bank statement of which I provided, but everything just quiet until today, when I tried to reach out to them there’s no response at all. I just don’t know what else to do. But when I do my deposit it goes through without any hustle but why should withdrawals be a problem? I’m not impressed at all
