Withdrawal not processed

I never had a problem with making withdrawals with hollywoodbets before. But on the 2nd of November i made cashsend withdrawal and up to date i have not still recieved my money. I contacted hollywoodbets several times from last week but they gave the same useless response everytime:" an email has been sent to the Withdrawals department, please wait for feedback". Hollywoodbets please process my cashsend withdrawals
