Withdrawal not paid out

I did a withdrawal on the 15/04/2023 using the absa cash send method, today 16/05/2023 a month later and i have still not received my withdrawal spoke to consultants via the app and received no help at all. I sent email to the helpline email address and received no feedback. Hollywoodbets has pathetic customer service.
