Withdrawal not paid.

Requested withdrawal more than 72 hours ago. According to their policy withdrawal will take 24-48 hours. After 72 hours I went back into the site and saw my funds were now back in the account. No communication of withdrawal failure or anything of that nature was sent.

I then went to the chat and the agent (Pearl Ngobese) said the reason for the failure was because I did not use 55% of my deposit to bet yet I certainly did which she even admitted to. She said it would be “escalated” to the withdrawal department.

Please be aware of these people. Quick to take your money but you will have to chase them like a dog to get your money back if you even do.
