Withdrawal not paid.

I always play and win and the withdrawal takes less than 10 minutes unless I make it late at night I always get it the next morning. On the 29/11 I made a withdrawal and I was informed it will take between 24-48 hours. It has been more than 48 hours and it's still saying "Pending - Winnings verification in progress". I need someone to tell me when I'm going to receive the payout. This is really frustrating. I have been calling and sending emails. No one is able to assist me.
