Withdrawal not paid!

I have made an Instant Money withdrawal which shows completed. I have been to the branch, called the contact centre where I am continuously being put on hold and I have sent several emails addressing this query. I still have not received the voucher number or the pin, this is pathetic customer service and they don not have the decency to even respond to inform me what the delay is about and when I will receive my money.
