Withdrawal not paid.

I have made a withdrawal yesterday and usually the money is in within 2-3 hours. Right up till now there's no money in my account. I'm not sure what's going on??? But this is really unprofessional from hollywoodbets. Have tried contacting via their social media platform with no success. Tried calling the customer care but they just make you hold for hours. This is pathetic from such a reputable company.
