Withdrawal not honored

I made a withdrawal 1 week ago via Nedbank imali, up until today I have not received my money. Furthermore the staff are totally useless, every Agent says they escalating it , with absolutely no feedback!

This morning I made another withdrawal via Tymebank and yet again, nothing!

These people are pathetic and have zero customer service skills. They should employ people that can speak properly, not sound as if they're high on drugs!
