Withdrawal not being processed

I processed a withdrawal on the 25th October 2023 at 08:29am and no funds were processed however I’ve done multiple withdrawals prior to this one and money was processed within an hour.

It’s been more than 48 hours and still no money when speaking to consultants they simply have nothing to say besides I must wait, no escalating to withdrawal department and no apology for the delay.

This is honestly ridiculous how can one use this platform if withdrawal is such an issue.
