Withdrawal not being paid

I made a withdrawl more than 48 hours ago and the status of the withdrawl still says pending authorisation. I have spoken to numerous consultants via chat and phone. Now I have been told that the have logged a ticket and the 48 hour payout period now no longer applies because a ticket has now been logged and now have to wait an additional 48 hours for my payment and that there is nothing they can do but but follow the process. This is feeling extremely suspicious at this point. After spending thousands on there business but now that I have a withdrawal, it's not being paid out on the Hollywoodbets platform.
