Withdrawal nightmare
Hollywoodbets doesn't care about it's customers and they don't give a ****.They would rather advertise and continue taking money from unsuspecting customers.I made an absa cashsend of R500 on 09 May 2023 at 08:35 I did not receive it. I then requested for the money to be reversed back into my hollywoodbets account I called ,emailed chatted still nothing ,today is 16 May 2023.Their customer service is *** and *******. This company should just close down.🚮 This is the 3rd time this is happening to me.Also can't wait to get my money and cut ties with them for good.

16 May 2023, 11:42Their social media platforms remains unattended,they answer when they feel like answering,they even blocked me on Facebook for asking about my money.I wouldn't recommend them.

You are quick to accept deposits but slow to payout withdrawals what the hell.Your customer service is the worst no help at all.The thing you know is blocking clients kn social networks but you are taking their money.Betway is more better than your company. I still don't recommend you to anyone. I need my money now today it's 9 full days.Always full of stories.
