Withdrawal nightmare at hollywoodbets

Third HelloPeter complaint as there is not change and no help. I did a withdrawal on Thursday, its now Saturday and I am still waiting for me money. I was surprised that the online chat took 10sec to chat, better then the 27 845sec waiting, not that they any help. They dont even check if the withdrawal is processed, they just give template responses. They say that withdrawal is process on receipt , this cannot be true. If its instant money, it should have came through immediately. EFT std bank to std bank is also immediate. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM. Call me. I want my money
