Withdrawal nightmare

I have been waiting for my money that I had withdrawn from Hollywood on the 26th October 2022 and I have been calling from the 27th October 2022 for about 3 to 4 times a day and still today the 1st of November I don't have my money. I have been promised nearly everyday when I made a call that I will get my money within 3 hours but still waiting. You get different answers and empty promises from their reps and its upsetting. I have spent a lot of money calling them but zero help
