WITHDRAWAL NIGHTMARE

Getting help at your branches,social media and online is null and void,withdrawals are a nightmare!! Its not the first time this is happening and needs to be reported, I have done a withdrawal during the week and still have not received it,your agents cannot tell as to when will it be resolved and it is totally unacceptable and needs to be rectified asap!!
