Withdrawal Nightmare

I am disappointed in Hollywoodbets,I requested a withdrawal on the 24th July 2020, and was surprised when on the 25th July I received an sms saying my bank declined the withdrawal, I have been emailing,calling and waiting for assistance for more than 17minutes at a time,and live chats they keep saying the same thing, feels like no one cares, I have recently received a reply saying on their side the withdrawal was completed which means I should had received it but haven't to date, I emailed bank statement as proof that I didn't receive the funds, am still waiting for feedback, if you dont contact them they dont do anything about it. It's terrible waiting for over 2 weeks just to get an email response stating that they have paid the cash while you have been saying you didnt receive it. Can you kindly assist in finalizing this issue, I have never had a bad experience with hollywoodbets until now, its frustrating,having to run around just to get what is due to me...
