Withdrawal never sent

I did a withdrawal on the 21 of march via absa cash send ,i never got the msg so i sent hollywood an email ,they never rep****,i sent another 1 still no response,i tried sending them a msg on facebook still cant be helped,i had a live chat with one of the consultants who told me she will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours ,its been over 4 days now.NOT GOOD
