Withdrawal issues with hollywoodbets.

I'm so frustrated about the service ag hollywoodbets I made a withdrawal on the 25th of May, its been 3days now I haven't received my payment. I called more than 5times I've been told I will receive my money on my bank but no help . I want my money back
