Withdrawal issues on day one of joining

On day one of joining this platform i won 1500 and decided to cash out using fnb ewallet. No ewallet came through and I checked the transaction list which stated 'declined by bank'. I expected it to revert back to my hollywood account but nothing happened. Called them the next day (Today) First they said it will revert back during the course of the day as it takes 24hrs. Srill nothing. They then said they would escalate it. Still nothing. When I communicated again with Thokozani M on the chat, she said escalations take 24hrs. So now another 24hrs. This is utter nonsence. Poor poor service and conduct. How can any punter trust to chance their money with this company. Taking a chance in the first place and then struggling to get your winning. Totally unacceptable.

I have been given the runaround since Friday 20June. . At noon today i got an email saying a 'withdrawal team' is busy working on crediting my account. These people think we are fools. So a team of highly skilled withdrawal experts have been assembled to credit my account. Probably led by Jason Bourne. It would seem this withdrawal team is incompotent since theyve been burning the midnight oil trying to credit me without any success. Geuss what. There is no withdrawal team and absolutely no one is even attempting to do anything to rectify this situation. Anyone thinking of trying their luck with Hollywoodbets should definitely give it a pass. Save yourself from the frustration of dealing with these people and their so called *********** withdrawal team. All they want is your money with the least amount of actual effort. I repeat. Hollywoodbets is an absolute No Go!.
