Withdrawal Issue

Ive called Hollywood Helpline twice and used the online chat about the same query. It still has not been resolved after a full week. I'm so irritated, this issue has been escalated 3 times but still nothing. The service is too poor, you stay on the line for a good hour trying to get assisted . My airtime, my money ...please hold someone accountable already and help me because this issue was not created by me to begin with nx!
