WITHDRAWAL ISSUE AS USUAL

1 November i won R24 613 on the online site... I requested a withdrawal and was blocked and said FNB is offline. So the next morning i made my withdrawal 07:14. Its been 36 hours and my money is still not in my account. I have sent exactly 43 emails to numerous email addresses, phoned and tried the online chat option... NOT ONE REPLY. NOT ONE. How is it that if i can do a immediate payment, and my money is taken immediately you can not proses my withdrawal immediately... No answer on any of my questions. Only the call center after 4 hours and 2 min..... Then i must hear i will have to wait 24 to 48 hours to get 3 approvals, and that it's 24 to 48 hours to get the money in to be able to proses it. Gambling board must investigate this matter urgently... I think the gambling boards name is being used and abused in this matter. Give people's money.
