Withdrawal issue and Useless service

Been waiting for a withdrawal ABSA voucher since 13/11/2023. First justgot sentthe pin no voucher i have contacted HollywoodBets 7 times and they keep telling me i will recieve the voucher in 30min-1hour really starting to get frustrated.
