Withdrawal Issue
Shanaaz promised me help to get my R400 last month. Katrena from withdrawals said she will help . I wasted R300 airtime calling the call center. They got money to send the staff to Dubai for holidays but refusing to refund my R400 which I did not receive I will not accept this. I want MY money. Not your father's money or your mother's money my Money. 2 months have passed

06 Nov 2022, 11:10@Hello Peter I'm going through posts from other customers they have the same issue as me .can we not take them up to government for ***** . Shaanaaz replies she will assist but does nothing .Katerena from withdrawals is useless.
