Withdrawal funds not paid after 5 days!

Hello. I made a withdrawal on the 3rd of September 2025. The withdrawal was not paid. I used Live chat on the Hollywoodbets app and was told to wait for 24 hours. On Thursday nothing happened, I even contacted my back to check if there was any outstanding transaction, but none. Since then I've been told different stories by their consultants on the app. I'm told wait 24-28 hours.. then 24-72 hours. Then 24 hours. Today I'm told to wait 24-48 hours again. No one gives an explanation why the funds have not been paid. I'm really disappointed with this poor service that shows Hollywoodbets does not care about it's customers.
