Withdrawal funds not credited

The worst service ever in betting history. I have called in 12 times and sent 3 emails with regards to a withdrawal that was initiated on the 20th of August at 10:41 and today it’s the 22nd and still no funds received nor any email replies. I was told initially that it should take 24 hours but it’s now way passed that time. This is just unbelievable and I am really considering switching betting platforms.
