My name is Dorah Molaba. My account account number with Hollywood is ***. On the 4/8/2022 I made a withdrawal through Capitec and it was offline My withdrawal was reversed. I then made a withdrawal through Nedbank Senda Imali. Of which it's still not paid to date. I then made deposits a then won again made another withdrawal through Nedbank because since the first one was never reversed I then thought ill withdraw at one place . The first withdrawal was made on 7:30 reference *** which i am still waiting for . Second withdrawal reference is *** which was reversed back into my accout. On my Bet History The withdrawal that was first made to caoitec sand reversed it is highlighted with red written cancelled. Then thats where my withdrawal of ref *** was made, and is not cancelled still saying complete. Second withdrawal of ref *** is highlighted in red and written cancelled. I tried telling the ****omer service consultant Ntomikayise that the withdrawal is not paid she is telling me that it is reversed . I tried speaking to another consultant who just left the chat without even notifying me that he is done with my query his name is Shaheal. I am not happy at all the service is very poor .
